Exceline 210P
Zero VOC Primer
As growing health concerns have mounted, government restrictions are currently being implemented to reduce the levels of
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) from industrial and commercial paints and coatings.
Typical military based paints and coatings contain between 340 and 420 g/l of solvent which release
dangerous chemicals into the environment and requires protective masks and equipment to protect the coating applicator.
These water reducible coatings were considered a giant step forward from their original heavy metal containing,
high solvent level counterparts extensively used as late as the 1970s in the United States.
Exceline has developed a completely water based Zero-VOC primer system which not just reduces the release of VOC's and HAP's
into the environment, but eliminates it completely.
Using an advanced polyurethane coating technology, the Exceline Zero VOC Primer will meet almost all of the performance requirements of
Mil-P-53022, Mil-P-53030, and Mil-PRF-85582.
